The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back the item any way you like as long as it has a tracking number to protect our interest.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
- Our printed products (shirts, mugs, etc) are produced on demand, and are typically printed and shipped less than 24-48 hours after you order. Once we ship your order, it should get to you in a few days (United States) or a few weeks (everywhere else). We’ll send you an email when it ships.
- All other products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 4-5 weeks to receive your purchase(s), though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country.
I ORDERED 2 ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
When you order multiple items they may be shipped separately due to logistically reasons. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?
Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
If it isn't, send us an email to email@example.com and we'll send it again!
I MESSED UP MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR SHIRT SIZE! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. All of our shirts are printed on demand, and most orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I GET IT?
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number.
WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
If there’s something wrong with your order (wrong shirt, defective product, etc.), return it to us unworn and unwashed within 10 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
Exchanges are a little more difficult since we print close to exact quantities of what we need. We usually order a few extras, but they go fast. If you need an exchange, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
We can cancel an order as long as the item has not been shipped.
However, we want to let you know that if we cancel an order we will deduct a 15% fee to cover up the processing fee from our merchant.
Please be advised to return back the item within the timeframe shown below.
We deduct charges based on the date you sent back the item by shipper's acceptance of item (see below for more info)

Refund – Customer is always eligible for a refund for certain time frame and case-to-case basis. Please check the table below:
- 11 days onwards no refund will be granted.
- We do charge according to the date that the customer sent it back via tracking number that was provided.
- All items should be returned and tracking number should be provided in order to process your refund.
- Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in the original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted if you do not first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from email@example.com
- No refund for orders that has been replaced.
